(1) Adjusting the position of the compression cylinder Place the aluminum alloy profile on the work surface of the aluminum door and window device. The compression cylinders of the two saw heads are adjusted to a more suitable position for the workpiece, and then the cylinder is fixed and pressed.

(2) Adjust the feed speed of the saw blade First, use the default saw blade feed speed test machine for the cutting saw factory. During the test process, if you feel that the feed speed of the saw blade is not suitable, you can adjust the speed adjustment joint of the saw blade. , Increase or decrease the feedrate to get the required feedrate.

(3) Adjusting the angle of sawing Aluminium alloy precision cutting saws are adjusted according to the above items. After inspection, the test is run for 30 minutes.

(4) Adjust the cutting angle of the device at 90° (the blade extends perpendicular to the work surface).

Loosen the locking handle on the workbench and swing the air cylinder to the cylinder. After the 45-degree angle is in place, lock the handle. Check whether the profile meets the requirements after sawing the profile (error is ±10'). (6) Adjust the cutting length of the profile.

After the angle is adjusted, the cutting length of the aluminum alloy profile should be adjusted. Pull the handle to move the right saw along the circular guide to the exact position (see the scale pointer). The scale indicates the length of the short side of the aluminum alloy. After the cutting is completed, if the length of the profile after cutting has a deviation from the required length, fine adjustment shall be made. When fine tuning, tighten the brake to adjust the hand and turn the fine adjustment to the required size.
