0 Preface
The automatic fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system installed in modern buildings are increasingly perfect, and the degree of automation is getting higher and higher. However, cases of various types of fire-fighting equipment failing to operate normally occur frequently after fires, and fire departments in various places find investment in daily fire inspections. Fire-fighting equipment with a large amount of funds is more common. Numerous experiences and lessons have proved that whether fire-fighting equipment can function is one of the important conditions for the timely and accurate fire alarm and the success of initial fire fighting. The stable and reliable fire-fighting equipment power supply is the fundamental guarantee for the normal operation of fire-fighting equipment. Therefore, the GB 50116-2013 "Fire Automatic Alarm System Design Specification", which was implemented on May 1, 2014, has increased the setting requirements for the fire protection equipment power monitoring system. This article focuses on the necessity and design method of the fire equipment power monitoring system.
1 The necessity of setting up the fire protection equipment power monitoring system
In order to prevent and reduce the fire hazard, modern fire alarm system, fire emergency broadcast system, automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system, smoke control system, fire emergency lighting system, fire elevator system, fire door and roller blind system are installed in modern buildings. , fire door monitoring system, electrical fire monitoring system and other systems, these fire protection systems play an extremely important role in building fire safety. Whether these systems can work normally depends on the working condition of the fire-fighting equipment power supply. If there is no reliable and stable fire-fighting equipment power supply, even if the most advanced fire-fighting system is installed, the terminal fire-extinguishing facilities will be perfected. Once a fire alarm occurs, the entire fire-fighting system will not operate normally. It is impossible to effectively warn and extinguish the fire, and the consequences will be disastrous. Therefore, the fire equipment power supply is the basis of all types of fire protection systems, and reliable and stable fire equipment power supply is essential for the fire system to function effectively.
The characteristics of the fire equipment power supply is that the probability of use is very low, and it is idle for a long time. Once it is used, it should always be in a "fighting" state. In order to ensure the reliability of the fire equipment, the management and daily inspection of the fire equipment power supply is particularly important. . However, due to the particularity of the power supply of fire-fighting equipment, people often have troubles in the daily inspection of the power supply of fire-fighting equipment because of the long-term non-use. It is basically impossible to ensure that the power supply of the fire-fighting equipment is in good condition by relying on human measures. When a fire occurs, the fire-fighting equipment The reliability of power supply cannot be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, in addition to strengthening management, it is necessary to take technical measures to find and solve problems as soon as possible.
How to realize the real-time monitoring of the power supply of fire-fighting equipment from the technical defense means has been highly valued by the public security fire department. After profoundly drawing lessons from fire accidents, in order to effectively strengthen the management of the fire control room, the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security organized the national standard GB 25506-2010 "General Technical Requirements for Fire Control Room", which was implemented on July 1, 2011. Among them, the “Fire Power Monitor should be able to display the working status of the power supply and standby power of the fire-fighting equipment and the under-voltage alarm informationâ€, and correspondingly, the fire-fighting equipment should be set in the fire control room. Power monitoring system. The system plays an important role in ensuring the integrity of the building fire protection facilities, improving the fire safety management level of each unit and timely detecting fire equipment failures to prevent and reduce fire hazards. The national standard GB 28184-2011 "Fire Equipment Power Monitoring System" was implemented on August 1, 2012. This standard mandates the basic functions, test and inspection rules of the fire equipment power monitoring system. The provisions of Section 3.4.2 of GB 50116-2013 "Code for Design of Automatic Fire Alarm System" implemented on May 1, 2014 also add provisions for setting up the power monitoring system for fire-fighting equipment.
2 The composition of the fire protection equipment power monitoring system
GB 28184-2011 "Fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system" Article 3.1 gives the definition of fire-fighting equipment power supply: "Fire-fighting equipment power supply for all types of fire-fighting equipment AC or DC power, including main power and backup power"; Article 3.2 The requirements for the fire equipment power monitoring system are: "Fire equipment power monitoring system is used to monitor the working condition of the fire equipment, and the monitoring system can send out alarm signals when the power supply has overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and lack of equal faults."
Fire equipment power monitoring system is an intelligent product integrating industrial computer technology, communication, anti-electromagnetic interference and digital sensing technology. The system consists of fire equipment power status monitoring host, monitoring module, voltage sensor, current sensor, voltage / current sensor. Part or all of the equipment. The high-sensitivity multi-signal sensor is used to perform 24h real-time automatic inspection on the monitored fire equipment power supply. monitor. By monitoring whether the fire equipment power supply has interrupted power supply, over voltage, under voltage, over current, and lack of equal faults, and sound and light alarm and record. The working status of the fire-fighting equipment power supply is displayed centrally on the fire-fighting equipment power status monitoring host in the fire control room. After the fault alarm, it can be processed in time to eliminate the hidden troubles and make the fire-fighting equipment power supply always in a normal state, thus effectively avoiding fires. The fire equipment cannot work normally due to power failure, and the reliable operation of the fire equipment is guaranteed to the utmost extent.
According to the national standard GB 28184-2011 "Fire Equipment Power Monitoring System" requirements, for the characteristics of various types of fire equipment power supply, fire companies throughout the country actively research and development, successfully developed a variety of fire equipment power monitoring system host and monitoring module. Ankerui developed the AFPM100 fire equipment power monitoring system in response to the mainstream requirements of the times, and achieved considerable results.
2.1 system basic structure
The basic structure of the system is generally a two-layer structure of the monitoring host + monitoring module, and the system architecture is simple. The entire monitoring system has comprehensive functions. Each monitoring module has an independent address code. The system internally uses RS485 network communication to provide external communication to meet the requirements of accessing other fire protection systems. The structure of the fire protection equipment power monitoring system is shown in Figure 1.

5 Conclusion
The specification standards such as “Fire Automatic Alarm System Design Specification†and “Fire Equipment Power Monitoring System†provide technical specifications for the design unit to design the fire protection equipment power monitoring system.
Whether the fire-fighting equipment can work normally depends on whether the working state of the fire-fighting equipment power supply is stable and good. In order to ensure that the fire power supply in the building is continuously powered at any time and under any circumstances, it is necessary to eliminate the fire safety hazard and ensure fire safety. It is necessary to set up the fire protection equipment power monitoring system. The fire-fighting equipment power monitoring system can be set up to implement scientific management of the fire safety of the entire building, so that the fire-fighting equipment can achieve the "prevention-oriented, anti-disintegration" in the true sense.
