When you find someone is getting an electric shock, don't panic. First cut off the power as soon as possible.

Note: The ambulance person must never directly pull the person who has received the electric shock to prevent the electric shock accident of the rescuer.

Way out of power. According to the specific conditions on the site, decisive measures and measures should be taken. Generally, there are the following methods and measures:

1. If the switch or button is in close proximity to the location of the electric shock, the switch should be quickly pulled open to cut off the power. And should be prepared for adequate lighting for rescue.

2. If the switch is far away from the location of the electric shock, use an insulated pliers or axe, knife, shovel, etc. with a dry wooden handle to cut the wire.

Note: The power-side (ie, incoming-side) wires should be disconnected and the cut-off wires must not touch the human body.

3. When the wire is placed on an electric shocker or under the body, use a dry wooden stick, wood board, bamboo rod, or other tool with insulated handle (hand grip) to quickly open the wire.

Note: Do not use any metal rods or wet things to pick wires to avoid electric shock to the ambulance.

4. If the electric shocker’s clothes are dry and not tightly wounded, the ambulance personnel can stand on a dry wooden board, or use a dry coat, a dry scarf, etc., to put one's own hand into a strict insulation package, and then use this A hand-pulled person's clothes pulled him away from the electrified body.

Note: Do not use two hands, do not touch the person's skin, can not pull his feet, and only adapt to low-voltage electric shock, must not be used for high-voltage electric shock rescue.

5. If the person gets an electric shock at a higher place, protective measures must be taken to prevent the electric shocker from falling off after a power cut.

Second, the treatment of the wounded from power

1. Those who are electrocuted, such as those who are conscious, should be allowed to lie down on the spot and be closely monitored. Do not stand or walk for the time being.

2. If the person with electric shock is unclear, he should lie on his back and ensure the airway is open. He should call the wounded person or tap his shoulder with an interval of 5 seconds to determine whether the wounded person has lost consciousness. It is forbidden to swing the wounded head to call the wounded. Adhere to the correct rescue on the ground, and contact the hospital as soon as possible to rescue.

3, breathing, heartbeat judgment

If the electric shocked person suffers from loss of consciousness, the breathing situation of the wounded should be judged by watching, hearing and trying within 10 seconds.

Look: See if there is any undulating movements in the chest and abdomen of the casualty.

Listen: The ear is close to the wounded person's mouth, listening for breath sounds.

Test: Test whether the nose and mouth have breathless airflow. Then use two fingers to test whether the carotid artery in the depression beside the side of the throat is pulsed.

If the result of seeing, listening, or testing is that there is no respiration and no arterial pulse, it can be determined that the respiratory heartbeat has stopped and the cardiopulmonary resuscitation method should be used immediately for rescue.
