In particular, the "REACH Regulation" implemented by the European Union and the CPSIA (US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) introduced by the United States are particularly eye-catching. At present, some EU buyers are asking for a clause in the contract that “cannot meet the “European Ecological Hardware Standards” for 10% of the purchase price” when placing an order with a Chinese company.

Promoting green management is imminent
