The GEARTM catalyst combines low pressure drop and high activity, with the advantages of saving energy consumption and low oxygen dioxide tailings.

The new catalysts - named GR-330 and GR-310 - have an optimized profile and enhanced chemical composition and can be used in all conversion stages of the converter. The GR-330 has a diameter of 13 mm and the GR-310 has a diameter of 11 mm. The EARTM reduces pressure drop and prolongs the production cycle. The improved geometry of the GEARTM catalyst improves the spatial distribution of the catalyst in the converter. Compared with the traditional XLP catalyst, the pressure drop of GR-330 is reduced by more than 30%, and the pressure drop of GR-310 is reduced by more than 15%. **The use of GEARTM catalyst at the plant will reduce energy consumption and extend the production cycle.

GEARTM Catalysts: Increased activity combines optimized shape and enhanced chemical formulations to increase conversion at the same loading of XLP catalysts. Plants that use the GEARTM Catalyst will benefit from increased production and reduced CO2 emissions.

In addition, the new LP-310 catalyst, developed using the same ring size and outer shape of the LP110's enhanced GEARTM catalyst formulation, is used in low gas converters to reduce SO2 emissions or increase acid production while ensuring gas distribution And maximize conversion performance.
