Baseboard introduction

Baseboard installation process

1. The installation of the baseboard must first be drilled, and the drilled lead must be observed for the wiring direction of the hydropower. The drilled holes for the baseboard cannot be separated by too much space, otherwise the baseboard is not easy to stick to the ground. The length of the baseboard is generally 2m. Therefore, in order to make the baseboard more firm, it is recommended that the drilling interval be about 40cm.

2. The second step of the baseboard installation is fixing. The premise of fixing the baseboard is to ensure that the wall surface is flat and clean, otherwise it will affect the firmness of the baseboard and will leave gaps. The fixing of the baseboard is carried out according to the position of the drill hole. No matter which kind of baseboard material is of the nature of thermal expansion and contraction, the baseboard near the corner should leave about 1cm of expansion joints. , so as not to deform when the baseboard expands.

3. After the baseboard is fixed, it should be treated on the corners. The intersection of the corner baseboard and the 45-degree cutting area should be handled so that there will be no trace at the interface. Then the tailored baseboard is fixed in the same way as before. In addition, the edge of the skirting line can also be smoothed with a plane.

  

Baseboard calculation rules

1. Non-block baseboards are calculated according to the extended meters; the length of the openings and empty loops are not deducted; and the lengths of the sidewalls such as the openings, the empty loops, the gongs and the chimneys attached to the walls are not increased;

2, block material baseboard according to real L*H calculated in square meters; deduction hole, empty circle L * H; increase the opening, empty circle, concrete, wall chimney and other side walls L * H;

3. The length of the finished baseboard shall be calculated by the actual extension of the meter; the length of the opening and the empty loop shall be deducted; and the lengths of the sidewalls such as the opening, the empty circle, the concrete wall and the chimney attached to the wall shall be increased;

4, the staircase baseboard according to the corresponding fixed * 1.15 coefficient
