Product introduction:

1. TBP series prealloyed powder : It belongs to high pressure water atomized prealloyed powder and can be used as the base powder of diamond tool carcass. A certain proportion of carbide forming elements and special action elements are added to the powder, so that the diamond tool carcass containing more than 30% of the TBP series prealloyed powder has the following characteristics:

(1) The brazing joint with diamond is realized during the sintering process, which greatly improves the edge height of the diamond and the sharpness of the product.

(2) Improved bending strength and heat dissipation performance (or thermal conductivity).

2. TKP series pre-alloyed powder : It is a special production process based on the TBP series pre-alloyed powder, which makes the shape of the powder change significantly, changing from irregular shape to honeycomb-like or coral-like. Therefore, the diamond tool carcass containing more than 30% of the TKP series prealloyed powder has the following characteristics compared with the TBP series prealloyed powder carcass:
