The safety of rescue workers is a top priority at every road accident scene or training.

Safety starts with personal protective equipment ( PPE ). The following items are listed as minimum personal protective equipment:

1. Complete fire / rescue equipment

2 , wearing a mask helmet

3 , eye protection equipment

4 , cut-proof gloves

5 , medical gloves (wearing cut-proof gloves inside)

6. Respiratory protection (dust masks) for glass management

7 , Reflective Jacket

key point:

1. After all-round investigations have been conducted and all risk factors have been identified and notified, rescue work can only be carried out.

2. The dynamic scenes and the problems affecting safety at the scene of the rescue are changing all the time. Therefore, continuous assessment is needed.

Use verbal warnings!

In the rescue process, any action may cause pressure on the injured or have a negative impact. Therefore, in order to take care of the injured, any action must be delivered in advance through oral warning.

For example, breaking / processing glass, cutting, expanding, supporting.

The use of verbal warnings means that everyone on the scene can be aware of what is happening early and are ready to take measures to protect the wounded or other field personnel when necessary.
